1. Manage Order
Visit the “My Orders” section in your Seller Dashboard, confirm the order, and start preparation of your order.
2. Download Invoice & Label
Click on "Ready to Ship" once your order is prepared. Download the invoice and label, attach the invoice to the order, and place the label to the packaging.
3. Handover the Product
Our assigned courier partner will pick up the order from your pickup address and deliver it to the customer.

Return option on Bharatkart is based on the seller’s preference. So, sellers can choose whether they want to give the return option to customers or they can choose to disable the return option in the seller portal.
However, customers can return the order in case of damaged product or wrong product delivered.
